Motions, reports, candidatures

  • Submission deadline: Tuesday in the week before the meeting, until 11:59 p.m.

Motions

must be submitted in writing (or E-Mail) to theSpeakers of the StuRa at least six days before a StuRa meeting. The forms will help you not to forget any information. Application deadlines also apply to reports.

To avoid formatting issues, files in PDF format will be disregarded when preparing the documents. Therefore, please submit your applications in formats such as .doc(x), .odt, etc.

Motion consultation

Applications should be discussed in advance with the relevant officers, commissions and committees or working groups. In this way, results from previous discussions and ongoing work within the VS can already be taken into account during the motion process and unnecessary discussions can be avoided. You can find information about this in the application forms.

Proposals are usually presented in the StuRa in one meeting and voted in the following one. Take this into account in your planning. If other bodies are responsible for your application, the Speakers will forward your motions to them.
